Well, I've got their album and I do like them but I wouldn't describe my preferred genre as 'metal'. I'm pretty ecclectic. I can sing their songs though.

Some of my favorite contempory bands are: The Dandy Warhols, Muse, Franz Ferdinand, Interpol, White Stripes, Brian Jonestown Massacre and heaps more.

I love a lot of old stuff too. Beatles, Velvet Underground, Led Zeppelin, The Doors, Rolling Stones, David Bowie, T Rex, Simon and Garfunkle etc

It doesn't seem like our musical tastes coincide all that much but you never know. Let me know what you think anyway.
